Alan Magee Scaife Hall is the home of Pitt’s School of Medicine, a top recipient of National Institutes of Health research funding and ranked as a “top medical school” by U.S. News & World Report in the categories of research and primary care.
The building contains classrooms, lecture halls, and laboratories. Also housed here is Falk Library, home of the Health Sciences Library System, which serves the schools of the health sciences (Medicine, Dental Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, and Public Health).
